Overview: Blue Sea Systems provides easy access to product information from our product database for our customers to import into their own web sites. The downloaded data are in the form of a product data spreadsheet (CSV file format.)This product data spreadsheet contains the features, specifications, and other information about Blue Sea Systems products. Use this service to transfer product data from Blue Sea Systems web site to your database and then integrate it into your web site.

As of December 2007, this downloadable product data spreadsheet contains part numbers, specification table and feature list for each product, the product line to which the product belongs, and links to product images. You can use as much or as little of this data as you like.

The product data spreadsheet is generated in real-time from the bluesea.com database. If you want to update your web site database with the most current data from bluesea.com, all you need to do is re-download the data and import it again.

Examples of how data can be displayed

Note: Creation of this service is the result of a customer’s request. We are considering making product information available through XML Web Services, adding more of our product images to the report, and providing certain high-value specifications (for example, weight) in their own columns in addition to the specifications table. The order in which we devote development time to these efforts will depend in part on customer interest, so please let us know what you'd like to see.
